The fully air-conditioned hotel was newly opened in 2004 and comprises 3 floors with a total of 16 rooms including 3 suites. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange bureau, a caf, a bar and a restaurant with a non-smoking area. A conference room is available for meetings and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park. The room and laundry services round off the offerings.

The housekeeping and staff service wasn t good
the room was comfortable clean and the staff was friendly
wifi didn t work well the pay tv didn t work and I could not receive a bill at the end of my stay
The best thing about this hotel is the reception staff they were very nice and polite eapecially Stage and te brunette lady As they answered all my questions very promptly
This is the first Crowne Plaza I ve stayed at that has no swimming pool and a very small gym The breakfast had very limited choices for a four star establishment and the surrounding area was a bit dead but the subway station is only two steps away

Lighting in the room was very poor you either had to have all the lights on or very bright spotlights that were too strong to relax by Room felt a bit tired compared to how plush the lobby reception was
The room for the family was not very good It s was very small The mattress for the marriage bed and the sofa bed were very unconfortable The Hotel is very expensive that s why the confortbale in room should be very good
