Just fair
Not really value for money and tiny room for a 4 star average facilities Staff cold tot very welcoming Air conditioning was very noisy we complained they fixed it they knew about it but not fixed before we checked in When we left we got trapped in the carpark wit several other people for an hour because the gate was stuck reception staff told us to go in the carpark instead of offering some comfort in reception The wifi was not too bad just with interruption and needed to go back to reception a couple of times for new passwords

All the staff were really friendly and couldn t do enough for you
The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable Great showers Everyone at the service desks were very kind and helpful There were fresh flowers inside the hotel lobby that were fabulous The outside front entrance was also beautifully appointed with flowers Very inviting
We did not eat at the restaurants Prices were very high and we could get food nearby for much less Would have liked to have eaten at the restaurants for convenience There was a beautiful sitting area off to left of the service desk We wanted to go in there with some friends who were staying at a different hotel The area was roped off but not being used
