I really enjoyed the quality of the food within the restaurant I thought it was of a high standard Drinks were at a reasonable price also Most importantly to help with the reason of my stay I was very impressed that upon my request at reception about WiFi within my room the staff was able to help me without any extra cost added to my stay and was more than happy to do so All staff were very pleasant and happy Each staff member said good morning good evening

Great location and really like the breakfast

Can get a bit noisy if your room faces Rembrandt Square or the tram

Cancellation policy very strict I booked 1 month before for 728 I checked 4 days before I was traveling same hotel 639 Plus I booked 5 nights had to leave after 3nights hotel said strictly no refund Good location but not worth the price

bed was too soft Wine serve in the bar was not up to standard red and wine served too warm Bar wine menu very unprofessional e g an Italian was was said to originate from Pays d Oc in France and a South African Stellenbosch was said to originate from Australia Staff missed clearly skills in serving wine as well as serving beer from the tap

Everything was perfect Rooms was not that big but clean and comfortable Breakfast was good and the staff also helpful

Room was not very spacious

Pool open till 11 pm

Bit dated could do with redecoration

Twin room was large enough for two adults to move about in Good fast lifts If you were going to Lords you couldn t get much closer

Beds were very soft Location OK but nearest tube is 5 10 min walk away

Room was clean and beautifully designed

New hotels like this tend to have a glass screen revealing the shower to the bedroom I get the idea for couples but it is kind of inappropriate for anyone else
