Staff was friendly

Rooms were a bit small for my likening

Large rooms and bathrooms very pleasant

Wifi was NOT free This is a big negative for a hotel of this standing

The safe in the room did not work When I called the reception they told me there is a manual in the room which explains how to operate the safe There was no manual The guy from the reception came and tried to help and it still did not work Breakfast was rather poor

The rooms were comfortable and all the staff were really nice

The breakfast was very good lots of choice The hotel was a few minutes walk from the tube

The shower was filthy the bed squeaked the lampshades on both the free standing lamp and the bedside lamp were stained the bathroom was so small you could only fit one person in at a time and the room overall was shabby and needed improvement Not what I would expect from a Hilton

Excelent location you can walk or take the metro Comfortable room and very kind staff

Gym rooms and staff were excellent

Exceptionally helpful staff at reception when we arrived

Not being able to walk around the bed We were offered the option of a superior room for an additional 40 but declined because we were departing before 6 am the following day

Room was too small with only 1 very small desk to do everything on pack unpack boil water n make tea work the space wasn t well thought out Pillows were too soft No complimentary bottled water
