great staff my arrival was very delayed they were waiting and ready for me at 3am with an upgraded room Ideal location close to covent garden underground etc

Awesome location along the Navagli Canal wander along the pedestrian walkway by the canal to visit a multitude of bars and restaurants Fantastic spot to savour Milan nightlife A pleasant walk into the Duomo takes about 20 30 minutes depending on your speed and the heat Lots of interesting small boutiques to browse in as you walk along more interesting than the standard chain stores in the centre Beautiful breakfast room and selection of food Would stay again

Shame it didn t have a pool however lovely quiet roof top terrace to have a glass of wine at the end of the night and star gaze

The central location just off Regent street in easy walking distance of tourist spots

The TV did not work on arrival Room somewhat small We had booked 2 rooms the 2nd room toilet flush did not work originally also the radiator fixings had come away from the wall without anyone touching them

We stayed at Monument hotel for 3 nights for our romantic weekend gateway Staying at Monument Hotel was a fantastic experience for me and my husband The building has been recently renovated as hotel and the interior design is luxurious cosmopolitan and sylish The location is just perfect walking distance to La Pedrera metro stations shopping many nice restaurants Hotel staff was friendly proactive professional and courteous They accommodate to every request in a genuinely kind way We also had dinner at hotel s 3 Michelin star restaurant La Sarte It was a faboulus experience with wonderful food and amazing service We look forward to going back to Barcelona and staying again at Monument I believe the new roof top terrace and pool will be great additions to already wonderful hotel

The decorations was brilliant The pool in the bathroom was fantastic Also the staff veary friendly

The air condition not much good Also the internet connection was poor because the room located in the basm

Good conference hotel nice concert hall We experienced very good service in the hotel pub

WiFi for extra charge 12 24h Marriott those times are over free internet connection must be complimentary A bit far from closest metro station A bit worn out but tolerable

Loved the location staff were friendly and very helpful We liked that we could buy metro tickets at the hotel reception desk Great room with balcony as requested Excellent breakfast with lots of choice

Getting bitten by mosquitos maybe a gentle reminder to apply insect repellant in the room before going out in the evening would be useful

Only one thing poor wifi connection

Hotel was modern friendly staff and great location Metro directly opposite Good restaurants nearby
