The staff were so friendly and the breakfast is really good The hotel is old but honestly when you consider what you are paying and you are next door to some very high end hotels this hotel is very Dry good value for money

Nice clean hotel Staff were very nice and friendly

Didn t like the way you had to pay 8 pound to use the pool etc the breakfast was very pricey too it should be included in the price the way most hotels are The drink selection of beers is very poor too

the location for Royal Albert Hall good view from room amazeing on 16th floor

Poor water pressure in shower couldn t open a window for fresh air

staffs are very nice

Our room was cold for both nights We were provided with an extra heater which made no difference at all No apologies were given or anyone rang to check if the temperature was ok so we gave up in the end Being the last room on the corridor that is probably why it was soo cold We were still charged full price and no discount or apology offered

Twin room with two double beds instead of singles very comfortable stay The staff were very welcoming and helpful I will definitely choose to stay here again if I m in the area

Clean room with kettle and friendly staff Good location

Convenient location Recently rennovated and in good condition Felt treated well even though on a discount rate not always the case at other hotels

Reception staff a bit inefficient in calling next guest forward etc so check in was a bit slow

The double room was like a rabbit hutch Not suitable for a couple Room size is suitable for single occupancy Will not be coming back to this hotel if that happens again
