Haus Annette

Haus Annette is set in the peaceful village of Nesslegg, 2 km from the centre of Schrcken. It offers an infra-red sauna and a free ski bus to Warth-Schrcken Ski Area, which is only 2 km away.

Annettes accommodation units are all furnished in Alpine style. They comprise 2 bedrooms, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with mountain views. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a safe come as standard amenities.

Guest can opt for a delivery of fresh rolls directly to their apartments door. The nearest restaurant is only 50 metres away and guests can rent Anettes barbecue.

A large garden surrounds the house and includes a playground with a trampoline. In the house a games room with a small billiard is featured. A ski storage room with a boot dryer is also available.

Cross-country skiing and toboggan trails are 2 km away. Free on-site parking is also provided.

From 01 May to 31 October, the Bregenzerwald Card is included with a minimum stay of 3 nights. With this card, guests can use all public buses, swimming pools and cable cars for free.

As from December 2013, the Warth-Schrcken Ski Area offers direct access from the Lech Valley to the well-known Lech Ski Area. The Auenfeldjet Chair Lift provides a connection by ski between the 2 ski areas. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
