The staff was super nice They helped with everything from moving around the city to making dinner reservations The rooms were so nice Breakfast was great too

t was like a nightmare there was a construction going on at 7 in the morning inside the hotel which woke me up breakfasts are the worst and air condition smells

Not much to be honest

After pulling back my bed covers to get in bed I found dirty male and female underwear under the bed cover There was no toilet roll or shower gel in the bathroom When I complained I was put in a much smaller room until my previous room was cleaned this was then given to another guest as I was forgotten about I feel as though my complaint was just swept under the carpet and no one really cared I will never stay at this hotel again and before anyone books to stay at the Best western I d advice you to look at the surrounding area Bookings com shows you pictures of surrounding areas near to the Eiffel Tower which is completely different from where the hotel is actually situated

Quiet room very close to the underground station friendly and professional staff

Rooms are not overly large but sufficient WiFi is free and a bit depending on which room you are in of normal speed No premium WiFi avail Hotel personel is very friendly efficient check in and check out Since the hotel doesn t use a digital key there is always 230V power in your room allowing you to charge devices while out of the room Easy walking distance if Duomo and central area of Milan Low noise levels in hotel

WiFi speed could be improved Hygene is comparable to other hotels in Milano in this price range but could be improved Some rooms don t have a 2 person bed but 1 bed only Not a problem if you re travelling alone but don t expect a large roomy room with a king sixe bed if you make a single person reservation There is limited parking space for taxi s in front of hotel so sometimes a bit dangerous to get out of the taxi

I like everything about this hotel I took a single during weekend the price was half of the regular one

attention to detail

The room was not clean at all In the bathroom we did not have soap and the shower was very dirty There was dirt everywhere You cannot go outiside after 8 pm looks dangerous Not a four star hotel two stars maximum I would not recommed at all

24 hour reception

Too noisy in the morning and unless first out for breakfast then nothing left
