Nice large comfortable bed and good breakfast

Hard to park in this area but not the hotel s fault

Nice hotel and the staff was really nice and helpful The hotel is quite near Gare de Nord trains station which was really convenient

lack of toiletries and anywhere to hang clothes

Its location nd the stuff were v freindly

The lobby is abit small

Brilliant location lovely room and helpful staff for the most part Location meant it was easy to get to practically anywhere in Paris using the metro or walking

Central location means traffic and noises from the road are heavy even at night Also beware of city tax fee at the end of stay which is not written or contracted anywhere

We found your hotel fine for our purpose and value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful

What we didn t like was nothing to do with the hotel but that we were robbed on the streets as we arrived on the first day That was down to our foolishness to trust strangers But as you can imagine it made us have rather low spirits at the start but your hotel staff were very kind and that helped a great deal

Extremely comfy stay Metro stations right at the door Would recommend

The room was large and the bathroom was very nice

We were on the first floor next to the road and it was very noisy

The room is big and clean location is far from attraction under this price point Free wifi but slow not fast enough for business needs

Some of the staff cannot speak fluent English Beside my room cannot access by lift direct I have to take my luggage for 1 floor by stair Room is clean but the staff obviously is careless I stayed 4 night the cleaning staff give me a new shampoo every day but in fact my shower gel is running out I have to call the service desk to get a new one
