Tropicana Motor Inn

The Tropicana Motor Inn is situated on Phillip Island, just 300 metres from Cowes Beach and the Esplanade, where you can enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops.

Facilities include a lush tropical gardens and an alfresco dining area. There is a professional conference room available for small group events.

Cowes Golf Club is a 5-minute drive, or take a 10-minute sunset drive to see the parade of the Little Penguins. Please inform Tropicana Motor Inn in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
