Hotel is nice and clean stuff was friendly and helpfull Location is good 5 minutes to get to the underground station Westbahnhof 10 15 minutes trip to city center Plus there is a airport shuttle near the train station Westbahnhof which goes every 30 minutes and takes about 45 minutes and 8 euro to get to the airport I was surprized that schedule of the buses is really being followed I was upgraded for better room for free Good value for money for your trip to Vienna

There was no iron in the room and it was not possible to get one even by request which is starnge for me

The location was excellent Short walk to major sites While we could have taken the train the transfer to the metro from the airport we used viennadriver com for a few euros more It was nice to get to the hotel quickly after a long flight Room was ready for us Breakfast is outstanding Rooms very comfortable Staff was excellent

Excellent location great breakfast smart and professional receptionists Availability of beverages and snacks at lounge area at any time is excellent idea ang surprised us since it is unusual

We stayed at apartments since only they were available during reservation they are big but not practical No elevator after 3rd floor carrying luggages require horsepower No toilet and bathroom in the bedrooms you have to pass sitting room and kitchen to rich them

Check in request of all 4 rooms together was not met with even tough it was discussed weeks ahead

Room was very nice and comfortable

Needed more hanging space in bathroom for towels and extra shelf space for toiletries e g hair brushes etc Also needed more hangers in wardrobe to hang clothes

The place could use some spiffing up cosmetic not structural maintenance For example the court yard could use a major clean up hallways could use a paint job walls of our room had no decor

Dated decor tiny lift Plumbing broke and human faeces came out into our bath They were quite unhelpful when we reported the issue but eventually gave us a bottle of fizzy wine to apologise
