Honestly for the price of 300 euros per night this was well below average The room was small and the bathroom cramped Lots of hotels in this area that are more spacious and better value at this price point

Breakfast included automatically in the room rate would avoid confusion in the morning as their breakfast room and accompanied treats for breakfast are well worth enjoying here for a stay in Paris
Modern and clean hotel
The hotel wants to give an impression of luxury And while this might be a quite good hotel they try to overdo and fail at some basic things It took me almost 15 minutes to check out as there was only one person preparing the invoces There were actually only two people before me The invoice I got was wrong and I had to get it corrected via email Upon arrival they took a copy of my personal ID which AFAIK is illegal in most European countries The personnel tries to be nice but to me they seem to be disturbingly artificial in how they do it I came back at 18 30 and the room was not yet cleaned For half the price it might make sense but given how much they charged me I will definitely avoid this hotel next time I m in Paris
They are refurbishung the entrance reception so it is noisy and dusty
Staff at reception was very helpful and accommodating Location was also good on a calm and peaceful street with Just 2 minutes walk to Porte Malliot Station from where you can go anywhere In the city shanzay Lezay was also a 10 minute walk and very easily accessible
The breakfast was not included in a the room rate and was very expensive They keep the snacks in tea tray and it seems complimentary and nothing was mentioned on it whereas minibar was separate Upon checking out they charged us another 20 For using those snacks
Staff are very good Nickolas is the pest person
