They don t care cleaning coffee cups and don t care of soap at bathroom

Room 101 Opposite the dining area so very noisy early morning Room was swapped so not a problem after the first night

The hotel was very modern and our room was very large with a main sitting room that had a large sofa bed for the kids and a separate master bedroom The location of the hotel was very central just a few minutes walk to Marina station

Nothing everything was perfect

Overall a nice hotel very well located 6 7 minute walk to St Steven s church and the very heart of Vienna and also right in front of the metro Line 1 The room was comfortable Breakfast was very nice a great choice of cheeses bread fruits

I had very weak Internet To make calls I had to go to the bathroom I didn t expect this from a 4 star hotel Maybe it was just my room but still

Clean clean clean it just could not have been cleaner Superb location right by the metro staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable Rooms very quiet not a sound from any neighbouring room or the corridor Good breakfast They just do everything right as it should be well done

Just a bit expensive but may be that is the going rate for a city centre

The staff were all great Always smiling Great location Rooms comfortable and modern Breakfast buffet offered a great choice including bacon and eggs Free drink and cake in the afternoon

Traffic noise could be an issue at front of hotel

Very hard mattress in the bedroom could not sleep Changed places with my daughter and slept in the lounge on a sofa bed was not much better I felt every spring and the mattresse s surface was uneven

Style of apartment was appealing

Location was a little out of town
