This residence is located on the beachfront in Valras Plage, with direct access to the beach. It offers a private swimming pool and apartments with a terrace. The apartments at Alizea Beach, which range from 1 to 2 bedrooms, all have a well-equipped kitchen corner and a shower room. Some apartments have sea views. Alizea Beach has a ping-pong table. Free Wi-Fi is available in reception and laundry facilities are provided on site. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 18 Sept 2022 until Sun 09 Apr 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Upon arrival, guests are required to check the inventory and return the signed form within 24 hours. An additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 50 or EUR 55 according to the type of apartment is not included in the price. You can choose to clean the accommodation yourself or pay the fee. Please note that early and late check-outs will be charged between EUR 50 and EUR 55 depending on the type of apartment rented. Please note that guests arriving outside of reception opening times must contact the property by telephone. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. For stays of 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. If guests dont clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged. Baby cots are available upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel. Please note that 1 pet can be accommodated per apartment for an extra charge of EUR 5 per day.
