The location of the hotel is great Breakfast is the best I had in France so far I stayed in 4 different hotels Very helpful staff

They only serve breakfast room service was very limited

The weather was extremely hot when I arrived at this facility There was a very nice cooling unit in the room when I arrived and somehow when I returned later in the evening after meeting clients the cooling unit had disappeared from the room The staff could not tell me how this was removed In addition this hotel needs total renovation as the decor and accommodations are very smoky and old

Having to pay 20 pounds for wifi for one night is way beyond what I would expect Virtually all hotels have guest wifi for free around the world If I was to stay again I would be requiring free wifi or a max charge in the vicinity of 2 pounds

Excellent location close to Hyde Park and shops on Kensington High Street Warm yet discrete service Spacious room

Some noise from traffic as my window was facing the street

Staff were professional and friendly Location is good for Kensington the palace and gardens and a little further away Knightsbridge

Room smelt smokey the hotel generally looks and feels tired and I wouldn t rate it as 5 stars It doesn t compare anywhere near other 5 star hotels in which I ve stayed in London The bar is very poor and very dated
