Air con didn t cool room to desired temperature reported it to technician a couple of times but still hot in room

Around 20 minutes to the nearest metro station but very important this is Landstrasse Wien Mitte CAT terminal

Unfriendly receptionist at the check in My credit card was charged at a second time after check in without authorization At check out the hotel did not say sorry at all Even after a week the problem is not solved yet Never again will I stay there
