Hotel Greif

Set at an altitude of 1050 metres, Hotel Greif is a 15-minute drive from the Watles and Schlinig ski areas. It has a sauna, a Tyrolean restaurant, and Alpine-style rooms with satellite TV channels.

Rooms at the Greif are decorated with light-wood furnishings and parquet or carpeted floors. Some have balconies with Alpine views.

The restaurant specialises in local cuisine using seasonal ingredients, together with vegetarian options. A buffet breakfast is provided daily.

In summer guests can enjoy hiking in the Lake Resia area. Winter activities include both downhill and cross-country skiing. Free ski storage and a free public ski bus are available.

The Resia Pass, which crosses over to Austria and Switzerland, is 22 km from the hotel. Merano is a 1-hour drive away. Please note that the hotels car park is located 50 metres away. Guests may stop in front of the hotel to unload/load luggage.

The sauna closes at 21:00.
