Outstanding first impressions of the building and flowers Room 211 was very well furnished and comfortable the food was excellent and we certainly liked the pub atmosphere The staff were attentive and courteous but a special mention must be made for Laura in the Bar Restaurant a real Cockney sparrow who was a one woman entertainment program

This is a hidden gem of a boutique hotel in a lovely part of London easy transport links to Central London but in a more suburban area Putney has lots of bars restaurants shops on hand On a summer s day eve it is especially nice down by the river with riverside walks park Putney is served by an overground station into London as well as East Putney Putney Bridge tube stations on the District Line good bus routes The hotel is tastefully decorated to high standards I also managed to book a superior room at a discounted rate making it excellent value for a quality London hotel
I m struggling to find anything The bedroom windows looked out on to brick walls roof but it still had a light and airy feel with fresh modern decor lighting

Proximity to Euston Station although there are much better hotels for the same price close to the Station Breakfast nice but not worth the extra to include on booking com Cheaper to buy at the hotel Reception staff and breakfast room staff were friendly
With a 4 rating I was expecting much more I ve stayed in quite a few hotels in the area around the same price This is definitely the worst by far Hotel is very shabby room was very shabby with leaking shower cupboards with stiff doors slow draining washbasin poor soundproofing from other rooms and the people at the pub across the road dining room ugly with chipped formica tables
everything very new tidy and very clean
extractor fan stayed on all night electrical problem otherwise would have givin it top marks
