great view good location for travel

Location

This hotel absolutely needs a complete makeover It is old fashion smudgy and a lot of furniture is damaged

The bed is not comfy

Great location facilities were in the main excellent Also a good airport transfer bus available around the corner

Some aspects ridiculously unnecessarily expensive The 2 rooms I d booked were floors apart one room was for our children the other was for me my sister One room was refurbished to an excellent standard the other was a bit old fashioned Although I understand the hotel is working through all rooms

Rooms are terrible

Old rooms and they did not gave us a better room even though we are repeat customers in this hotel for the last 5 years The only reason we stay in this hotel is location

I have choosed a room with Eiffel tower View and the room and stay was so plesant The hotel location is very accessible and easy transportation to all the tourist locations We were welcomed by an Indian lady Meher and the way she recieved and helped was Awesome She helped us with the information like how to travel and best restuarents around to eat Felt like home and I will recommend this for tourism

I did not get what i asked for i send like 5 mails and called the hotel 2 times to be sure that my room is with a view of the eiffel tower and then they tell me that they sold out
