Great location only 10 minutes walk to Stephansdom Spacious clean room with comfortable bed and walk in shower

The location was beside a metro stop

The wifi wasn t working and the staff member at the reception desk was not willing to help rectify this There is a sign in the lift that says reception is at 0 but no 0 button is in the lift The beds were uncomfortable and low and there was rust in the bath and above on the ceilings Finally the 1st time I rang down about the safe the staff member hung up I found staff did not want to speak English or make an effort with foreign travellers which seems unusual for a popular city destination Comes across rude and unpleasant

Shower did not have a full door and as a result the floor got puddles of water which we had to wipe up

Quality hotel with professional and friendly staff in particular Xavi who was very helpful

Rooms are comfortable and very large However noise isolation is quite bad you easily get woken up by the alarm clock in your neighbor s room

Very dirty room and housekeeping are chargeable Very poor service one lady was shouting on me in the restaurant i will never go back there
