All Group bookings of more than 5 rooms require full pre-payment and are non-refundable. 10% booking deposit due at the time of reservation via Bank Transfer. Once a reservation is received the hotel will provide the Bank account number. 100% full pre-payment 30 days prior to arrival via Bank Transfer on the same account number. After this day the reservation will be non-refundable.
