All in all a very pleasant stay at this Hotel will definatly book again if the prices remain reasonable The hotel is efficient and clean It was good value on this particular trip Have stayed in many other 4 hotels in the area Bristol hotel is good value

No iron board Have to ask for kettle for coffee For a luxury hotel these things should be present in the room and not ask for it

We often find pillows are our bete noire They were just OK in our opinion TV didn t work initially but friendly staff fixed it immediately upin request

Location was very good overall atmosphere in the hotel is very nice helpful staff nice coffee machine in the lobby good for quick coffee before taxi in the morning

Wardrobe door hitting the lights when opened bathroom curtain overlapping with bathroom door renovation could be thought through more completely

A bit outdated n bathroom needs some maintenance

Amazing location and view of the opera house Staff were most professional and helpful in providing guidance on local transport and recommendations ie getting to Kahlenberg

Very small rooms there was no ramp from street to inside door to pull luggage
