Excellent location spacious clean and superb decorated room we had even 2 small balconies good to know for smokers complementary sparkling wine and water nice little bar with hundreds of spirit drinks Also staff was great But most of all I liked the stais and the elevator can understand this only if you go there

A really nice old style hotel in a great location and a fantastic room

It is 100 meters from the central train station Clean and relatively big room

Air condition was not working A bit loud at night

This is not only hotel this is un historic institution You feel proud to have opportunity to stay in hotel like this like many famous persons in 125 years old history of Bristol hotel For me it is synonym for luxury and good taste

Very comfortable bed and linen Quiet and clean room A very nice bathroom A good restaurant with an excellent Viennese schnitzel A very friendly staff

Nice old building in a central position of Milan

Poor mini bar Poor bath facilities No cattle

All in all a very pleasant stay at this Hotel will definatly book again if the prices remain reasonable The hotel is efficient and clean It was good value on this particular trip Have stayed in many other 4 hotels in the area Bristol hotel is good value

Excellent location welcoming and friendly staff free wi fi room in the 5th floor was excellent with a balcony overviewing Stazione Centrale During my stay i switched from a single bed to a king bed room the staff was friendly and helpful Very pleased with them also the free water was a mayor plus during the early summer

Breakfast selection could be a little bit better
