Had a good shower and comfortable bed and pillows About one block from Central Railway Nice bar on rooftop and a wellness centre with Turkish bath and spa
The air conditioning never got the room temperature low enough We brought this to the staffs attention but it wasn t improved There wasn t enough power points in the room
From the moment we arrived and greeted by the bell boy who immediately took our cases into reception we felt this was a nice place to stay pleasant and helpful reception staff had us registered and in our room quickly The breakfast was a great choice of food pleasantly and efficiently served My request for help in checking a transfer with Emirates was handled with courtesy and efficiency and followed up by an email left in our room confirming all the details The room though small provided adequate space for a 2 night stay
Stairs up to main Lobby are difficult to navigate with cases if there is no assistance The room was a little pokey but sufficient for our purpose A sign at the railway station would be helpful for those arriving by train as to the direction of the hotel
Monochrome design close to the central railway station with a direct link to Malpensa airport
there is no possibility to open the window and the air conditioner didn t really allow to circulate fresh air into the room Felt a bit stuffy but it s a minor thing Slow elevators
The bed was so comfortable The bathroom was modern and clean and the shower was amazing The front desk staff were friendly and helpful Great location so close to the train station
The staff is very friendly and helpful in all stages We enjoyed the stay very much especially my two daughters

Great location for connectivity it s a short 20 minute taxi ride from the airport and close to central station
The room wasn t as clean on arrival as I would normally expect
Extremely modern clean and comfortable room Amazing on the roof bar with a stunning view over the while City Milano Centrale Main Station is just around the Corner
The hotel is conveniently close to the Central Station
The rooms are small as well as the bathrooms There is a spa in the hotel but it is supposed to be paid separately The breakfast which normally costs 18 Euros is not worth half this price at least
