The York Priory

Its a traditional old Victorian end Terrace house built in 1876. Situated right on the main road into the city. Ample off road parking and gorgeous gardens. Due to the nature of the building every room is a different size and shape, full of character The York Priory is a period-style Victorian residence, that was converted into a hotel in the 1930s. Situated in a residential area called Fishergate, the guest house is only a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The riverside promenade and historic attractions are in near reach, as well as restaurants and bars. Ample free parking is available on site.

Famous for the twin Gothic arches in the secluded gardens, the Priory offers comfortable accommodation with en suite bathrooms.

There is also a licenced bar on the premises and a full English breakfast along with a variety of cereals, fruit and yoghurt served in the dining room.
