They speak German language too often

It was individual stylish well located friendly Room was great and bed large and comfortable Breakfasts were fantastic as was complementary afternoon tea

Everything was good

Included breakfast free afternoon tea was very good We stayed in a basic room which was fairly plain Not as nice as the more expensive rooms pictured Room size was good Hotel location requires a 15 min walk to main things like Vienna State Opera etc but our room was very quiet Hotel restaurant recommendations were very good and a short walk away Hotel staff very friendly helpful with good English

Rooms were warm but corridors didn t seem to be heated

Service was exceptional and room was very charming and more than met our needs best shower pressure I ve ever had We d highly recommend this hotel to friends and family

Receptionist did not explained us rules of parking near the hotel We got penalty from police

its my first time using booking The hotel surprised me It is big and clean The staffs were polite and professional We live for 3 nights and don t found any problems Even it is not in the city central but it is really convenient to take the metro the station is just behind the hotel to arrive the central Plus the price if I go to Barcelona again this hotel will be my only choice

The conditions were as described on the site air conditioning mini fridge n the room close to the metro station

The food at the restaurant was a bit expensive

It is a nice green ambience almost village like little outside of the city but with very good access to the underground station within a short walk

It was a little expensive but I had no other choice at this seemingly busy week
