Base Serviced Apartments - The Docks

In the Docklands area of Liverpool city centre, Base Serviced Apartments - The Docks offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, some with balconies. The apartments are next to Albert Dock and Liverpool One shopping centre is 10 minutes away.

Base Serviced Apartments have well equipped kitchens which include crockery, cutlery and cookware. Free tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided.

The modern living areas feature sofas and a television. In the bathroom there are free toiletries, and all bedding and towels are provided.

The cathedrals, museums and art galleries of Liverpool are all a short walk away. Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station is a 5-minute drive from Base Serviced Apartments, whilst Anfield and Goodison are just 3 miles away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Base Serviced Apartments - The Docks in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The cardholder must be present at the time of check-in.

All guests must be aged 25 years or older.

Please be advised that guests will need to come in to the office at a separate location in order to check in and collect the keys for the apartment. Check-in times are between 15:00 and 23:00 at the office. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20 and must be arrange at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

The office is situated in Hudson Gardens - Duke Street, and all keys must be collected from there.

Management reserve the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorise a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival (subject to an individual reservation). Please be advised that cash, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorisation.
