No cushions in hall and bar No bar until 5pm Wanted lunchtime drink with friend

The hotel has been transfrormed since we stayed there about 20 years ago It is beautifully appointed The room we stayed in was very large The toilet was separate from the bathroom a distinct advantage The staff were polite and helpful Although the hotel is not centrally located it is very easy to travel to the centre by the nearby underground train service in just a few minutes The entrance to the grounds of Schonbrunn Palace is diametrically facing the hotel I would not stay anywhere else if I were to visit Vienna again

Good value for money Located facing Schonbrunn park and very close to subway station Our room in back of hotel was mostly very quiet and clean Had some good rest there

Called the hotel up front asking if they sell tickets to Schonbrunn palace The lady told me they sell them from front desk It turned out this was not true so I booked them online and had the hotel print our vouchers Our room in back of the hotel was a long walk

Elegant rooms with comfy beds The breakfast had large variety of food The reception was huge and amazing Many restaurants and shops on site

The room was spacious and comfortable the staff were very friendly the breakfasts were super the location was ideal in subway line 4
