You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Livingdowntown Premium Apartments has no reception. There is a check-in machine at the house number Weststrasse 146, where you have to provide your booking number, your passport or ID number, and a credit or debit card for payment. After completing the registration and payment procedure, you will receive your room key.
