Franzelahof

Franzelahof is a chalet located on a south-facing slope above Bad Kleinkirchheim, offering beautiful views, a large garden and ski-to-door access in winter. The St. Kathrein Thermal Bath is reachable within a 15-minute walk.

The chalet has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a balcony. A ski storage room, a washing machine and barbecue facilities are available as well.

Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the centre of town, a 15-minute walk away. A delivery service for fresh bread rolls can be arranged every morning. The Brentlerhtte aprs-ski hut, run by the owner of Franzelahof is accessible via the Sonnwiesenbahn Ski Lift and offers home-made products.

Hiking and biking tracks start directly at the property and the Sonnwiesenbahn Ski Lift is beside the house. A ski boot dryer can be found on site. Please inform Franzelahof in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Franzelahof will contact you with instructions after booking.
