The city of Salzburg is reachable in 26 km, while the towns of St. Wolfgang, St. Gilgen, Mondsee and Bad Ischl are all within a 20 km. In winter a cross country ski run is next to the house, snow tubing and winter walking trails are also available. Please inform Haus Hochegg in advance of your expected arrival time.
