Hotel Milano

Food was unbelievable

Unfortunately we did not have a special experience here One of our rooms was given to us 45 minutes after the Check in time It had many problems A C Plumbing not clean etc Also in general the hotel makes you feel you are in a lousy maze nothing like Armani Dubai to be honest

Location superb less than 5min walk from metro

The design of putting shower in bathtub could be dangerous

Very chic and hip hotel close to Milan Centrale station and metro Nice touches with decor and facilities Enjoyed stay with large room and shower facilities Friendly front desk staff

Bad lighting and A C management too high tech for most guest And I work in technology There were two young people working at the Terrance roof bar on Tuessay night that spoilt my enjoyment They ignored me and my wife did not take our order for over half an hour even though it was not busy Tried to get their attention and had to get off my chair to walk over to them and tell them I wanted to order a drink I asked for snacks which didn t arrive for another 15 minutes Wasted an hour of my time which I ll never get back There was also a problem with getting change from my bill Bar tab 16 euro no change for 20 euro I think they were trying to keep the tip which they didn t deserve Disgusted with service I fought back and avoided bar again for the 3 nights I stayed there Completely spoilt my enjoyment of the hotel

The dinner in the hotel was very good High quality but they close at 10 30 pm

1 the lights in the room not enough especially with the dark furniture 2 No ironing instrument in the room and when I request one they said that it is not permitted in all Italy hotels So I have to use their laundry with high prices 3 No Tea or coffee maker in the room 4 Toilet stuffs like hair conditioner and facial tissue are supplied only once in the whole stay 5 The towels are the large ones only The small towells were seen only in the first day 6 Room service after 12 mid night is practically not available I arrived late the first day and when I called many times no pick up so I have to call Reception and they called back but only salds was available at that time

The room walls had a really nice soothing blue color

You had to log into the wifi every time you wanted to use it There was a nasty spill in the mini fridge that had started to mold

Extremely modern clean and comfortable room Amazing on the roof bar with a stunning view over the while City Milano Centrale Main Station is just around the Corner

No pool for the kids Not very child friendly Lighting was too dark

This hotel is highly recommended Location is vert well Pharmacy market metro station are all near Not only room was comfort but also breakfast was great Personal was so kind I would check first Windsor Milano if i had a visit tomorrow

Its a really nice hotel with a great Location just near the Republica Metro Station and Nice staff

The only drawbacks which are minor ones i see that when requesting an iron for my cloth they said it was not allowed in the rooms to have an iron and i can Iron my cloth down in the reception which is non convenient The second issue is that they have three steps in the reception that they can make a ramp for them as for strollers and wheeled chaired persons this is non convenient other than that it was a great stay
