This unique bed and breakfast, which is located in the Beethovenstraat district in Amsterdam, is hosted by Xaviera Hollander. It includes free Wi-Fi, a spacious garden with a terrace and some rooms decorated with erotic paintings.

The Stadionweg tram stop is 300 metres away and offers direct links to Museum Square and Leidseplein. Xavieras is a 15-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid Railway Station. The Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre is 900 metres away. Bicycles can be rented on site.

All rooms are equipped with a TV and king-size bed. All of the accommodation at Xavieras Bed and Breakfast has access to either a private or shared bathroom, and have tea/coffee making facilities. As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services. Our beautiful and comfortable Luxury Loft is not only suitable for vacation rentals but also perfect for professionals working temporarily in Amsterdam, as this studio includes a separate office space with a desk and a kitchen. Guests are allowed to use our spacious and leafy garden.
