Built on a main road in 2003, this villa possesses a 50 m garden as well as a single and a double room on one level. Each has a safe, a car park and a garage.
Each room has an en suite bathroom, There is satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a stereo system, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
Guests may take advantage of the freshwater swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a sun terrace.
On leaving the airport you take follow the signposts for Yaiza and this will take you onto a dual carriageway. Stay on this main road and proceed through Uga and then on towards Yaiza in the direction of Playa Blanca. From Yaiza, driving time is approximately 15 minutes and you should follow the signs until on the outskirts of Playa Blanca you come to the 2nd roundabout after the petrol station .You will then to turn left and go ahead through the town to Las Coloradas area. This zone is situated at 2km far away from the center. When you see Bistro El Pato Restaurant, turn right and the next roundabout, turn left on the second road. The villas are situated at the end of the street. (there is not exit).You can see a placard with the numbers and names of the houses.

The hotel is barely 15 20 minutes bus ride BUS 73 from the terminal s door at Linate Airport the tickets are just 1 50 euro single from a machine at the stop on the way back get them from a news stand So no costly taxis necessary The receptionist was a beaming young lady very helpful with storing our luggage before the room was ready helpful with directions to near distant attractions She took the trouble to find out opening hours location of 3 local markets and gave us directions to Navigli a canal district packed with eateries She also remembered we asked for a room with windows opening for the night facing a side street And while there proved to be no kettle in the room as per usual in Italian hotels the kitchen served us tea at no added cost So staff were great The room itself bathroom were very clean with fantastic working shower loads of room to put the luggage In any case we came to La Scala to walk watch shop ourselves dizzy not to sit in the room But the bed was heavenly after the long day out the breakfast offered a wide choice including a fine selection of local dolci We are usually rather critical of hotels we stay at often move rooms sometimes more than once but there was no need for that at Bianca Maria Thank you we felt pampered
Amazing location next to two major metro lines so you arrive anywhere in Vienna within 10 15 minutes the breakfast is the best breakfast I ve ever had at a hotel The rooms are kept tidy and the staff is very nice and helpful
This is not necessarily the hotel s fault but I found it interesting The check in name was under my wife so initially they didn t want to let me in I bought the tickets from Booking and added her after I had bought them under my name so I m not sure why she was then placed as the main recipient
Breakfast was excellent Service staff where most helpfull
I don t think the bed linen was changed for our arrival
