Built on a main road in 2003, this villa possesses a 50 m garden as well as a single and a double room on one level. Each has a safe, a car park and a garage.

Each room has an en suite bathroom, There is satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a stereo system, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

Guests may take advantage of the freshwater swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a sun terrace.

On leaving the airport you take follow the signposts for Yaiza and this will take you onto a dual carriageway. Stay on this main road and proceed through Uga and then on towards Yaiza in the direction of Playa Blanca. From Yaiza, driving time is approximately 15 minutes and you should follow the signs until on the outskirts of Playa Blanca you come to the 2nd roundabout after the petrol station .You will then to turn left and go ahead through the town to Las Coloradas area. This zone is situated at 2km far away from the center. When you see Bistro El Pato Restaurant, turn right and the next roundabout, turn left on the second road. The villas are situated at the end of the street. (there is not exit).You can see a placard with the numbers and names of the houses.
