Apartments AMS Brussels Flats

These modern apartments feature elegant dcor and a spacious lounge with flat-screen cable TV and free Wi-Fi. AMS located in a pedestrianised zone and is 240 metres from Grand Place. Bourse Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away.

Each of the apartments includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

The Manneken Pis Statue is 600 metres from the apartments. AMS Brussels is less than a 15-minute walk from both Brussels Central Railway Station and the Magritte Museum. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartments AMS Brussels Flats in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please communicate your estimated time of arrival at least 24h before arrival. If you dont communicate this to the property, or for arrivals outside the check-in hours an additional fee of EUR 20 applies.

Check-in is available from 2pm to 10pm. A charge of EUR 20 applies for check-ins made outside of those hours. Arrival after 1am is subject to a charge of EUR 40.

Early check-in can be requested before 10am and comes at an extra charge of EUR 40.

In a case of last minute reservation (checking in within the 24 hour period), please specify the estimated time of arrival in the hour after booking, otherwise a charge of 20 will be added to the bill.

Please note that the credit card used during the booking must be provided during the check in process; the booker must be the owner of the card.

The amount taken from your credit card (according to your booking condition 70% or 50% or 100% of the total amount) is not a payment for your stay itself, but a pre-payment made the day of your booking to verify your credit card and reserve the apartment.

According to the booking policy, if you cancel your reservation on time, the pre-payment will be refunded the same day of your cancellation, within 48 hour if the credit card is European, for non-European credit card it will be within 5 working days.

There is a driver service that lets guest travel to and from both the station and the airport. A maximum of 5 people can be transported. The airport shuttle fee from both Brussels Airports is 65 EUR and from Brussels train stations is 25 EUR.

Please note that for Non Refundable bookings for which credit cards are declined, a penalty of 20% will be applied to the rate when the guests check in.
