You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Our reception is open daily until 2.30pm. A later check-in is possible anyway. We will deposit your key in our safe, called KeyBoy. Please have your confirmation ready, because you will need the confirmation number to receive the key. Please contact us in advance, if you booked more than one room. For any further information, look for it on our main and night entrance.
Breakfast buffet is served from Mondays to Fridays from 6.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. On the weekend and bank holidays, breakfast buffet is served from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Breakfast prices far too high
Location is excellent service and rooms are very high quality
Bar prices are ridiculously high so I would recommend one of the surrounding bars restaurants

Chose only because of parking place
Stuff was not pleasant and we felt uncomfortable due to this For example I asked to buy beer in a bar on a first floor and the guy said Do not you have a bar inside your room or ordered parking place that was not confirmed And the guy said that it is not confirmed next time I would have to get it confirmed but ok I m lucky and there is a free space As a result we were alone in a parking but felt that we were not so good for it after that And they do not know what is electric kettle
The swimmingpool and the gym was great Furthermore the room was quite spacy which comfortable
I think when you pay almost 400 for two night breakfast should have been included but it wasn t I know it s London City and prices are steep but that could have been nice
Loved the helpful staff pool facilities and fantastic location
The hotel was lovely but the bathroom in our room was a bit tired and could be updated other than that we loved our stay would definitely book again

Felt very let down Was my wife s 32nd birthday made the hotel aware of this also booked an executive double room at 235 nice room but very small bathroom was so small only one of us at a time could fit in there Free water has been stopped and the name of the the bar I think is very very inappropriate in the currant climate The ISIS bar Really Like I said stayed here many times before but won t be again I did make my point known to the staff and was given a oh well kind of excuse
