The suite was big and spacious

Didn t like the pillows The position of the bed and bathroom door The bed got in the way

Best position possible

Everything was good

Room was pleasant excellent shower Helpful Staff

First night heater did not work and I was offered only free breakfast only the next day I was moved to a room with working heating system Towel had a lipstick mark really gross

Excellent hotel clean and tidy

We liked that the breakfast was good and inexpensive

Bed was too soft no mini bar

location for the tower of london tower bridge and the walk to the Tate Modern is excellent Staff are friendly

cold buffet breakfast eggs beans all luke warm I also asked for de caf tea bags twice but none appeared and 2 wine glasses Staff member came up to the room with tea bags but not de caf and no wine glasses I went to reception after phoning twice and got my own tea bags and wine glasses I also expected more in the king suite we were in The bath was small and the room not as luxurious as portrayed on the web site disappointed and would not pay for a suite again as feel no better than a double room

The staff were so friendly and helpful Loved the drink and warm cookie on arrival Easy secure bag leave facility breakfast was amazing and check out the lively bar on floor 12

The milk in the room for morning tea was horrible Not having the stairs next to the lift to get to floor 2 We never did find them

Room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable The staff were very welcoming and friendly

It s a little far away from the main attractions so take into consideration the location if you wish to stay here

Restaurant could have stayed open a little later but an excellent wetherspoons across the road

The view from our room of the Tower Bridge was amazing the room was well equipped with very comfy beds
