Professional and helpfull staff excellent location large rooms for London standards

the room was on the small side for two older guests

Staff very helpful and courteous

adding service charge onto already expensive breakfast and room was a a bit cheeky

The place is modern and clean staff friendly nothing was a bother Good for a one night stay Very close to the metro and station

very small but OK for a night

Great location and very confortable bed

Shower was very bad could not wash my hair

Staff on arrival were excellent and we had a treat due to a room upgrade to a mini suite Sadly the air conditioning failed that evening and this was a particular problem due to it being the weekend of good weather The location of the hotel is superb with easy access to tube stations and areas such as Covent Garden West End and Oxford Street Great pubs bars and cafes all very close including China town

Air conditioning issue but to be fair this couldn t be helped

God location nice building

Breakfast is not bad

There was construction going on starting 9am Also for 2 nights the fire alarm rang un the middle of the night
