The left stop while we where in side for one half hour trying to open but is was difficult for them

Very cramped rooms and bathrooms Old fuzzy TV Speaker in room didn t work Very thin walls could hear the people next door having a conversation numerous times

Noisy hotel there was some building work going on through the entire night did not get any sleep the duvet was really thin so felt cold Room was cold during the night Requested for early check in did not get it and no extra large bed despite booking 6 weeks in advance

Room looked a bit tired very bad TV reception and no parking even though it was advertised on booking com as having some

The friendliness yet professionalism of the staff The fireplace in the room

only booked the one night and wanted to stay longer

Housekeeping is very bad they dont change bedsheets daily they just fold it even if its dirty they day we checked out one of the housekeeping supervisors gave us a look because we left so many empty shopping bags it was very rude

Nice location Good size room Comfortable large bed

Expensive charge for internet Poor TV choices not even local news and poor reception Several charges on bill for mini bar although it was never used Had two rooms both charged for mini bar use Taken off at checkout after complaint
