Hotel lovely staff extremely helpful would have preferred a bigger bed It was my daughters birthday she has had a baby and I was treating her We came down from Glasgow and hope to do it again soon Had a fabulous time

earlier we have always got an one hour extension from 12 00 to 1 00 p m to make the check out this time not because of cleaning there were not a single person in our floor at 12 00 to make the cleaning

The courtsey of the staff is definitely worth a mention Really professional and helpful at the same time Last but not least an hotel with 2 Gordon Ramsey restaurants inside is just great We experienced the maze and was an amazing food experience

The long waiting for one of the 2 elevators in rush hours for the hotel Definitely not enough only 2 elevators for the amount of people

Expensive charge for internet Poor TV choices not even local news and poor reception Several charges on bill for mini bar although it was never used Had two rooms both charged for mini bar use Taken off at checkout after complaint
