All rooms with Sea Views The author C S Lewis visited this Grade II Listed House in August 1925. Each apartment includes exposed oak beams or hand crafted mahogany furniture. All have sea views over Lynmouth Bay and the Bristol Channel. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are available to all guests.

The property is located on the South West Coast Path, 500 feet above sea level. Situated within 3 acres of wooded grounds, paths lead to the harbour village of Lynmouth and the famous Valley of the Rocks.

The Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway is less than a 10-minute walk away. The village centre, with its cafes, restaurants and craft shops, is only a 2 minutes away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The property is strictly non-smoking, both inside the property and on the terraces and balconies. Guests may smoke in the gardens. The property reserves the right to surcharge for additional cleaning if guests contravene this policy.
