The staff of this hotel are very attentive and friendly The rooms are standard size They are both comfortable and quiet The breakfast is a standard French breakfast of excellent quality food and beverages The hotel is in an excellent location a very short walk from the Champs Elysee and metro services
The shower bath design is not too well thought out due to the potential for spillage on the floor because the shower head must be positioned rather forward looking as it is prone to droop due to the weight of the shower head but all in all this is a minor inconvenience
Good location Rooms smaller than the pictures taken with wide lenses suggest Expected it the place to be much more lavish based on the pictures

We order a family room with 2 room But The second room is not appropriate The bed is ugly very uncomfortable to sleep with it
Concierges Dominique Charles Yacine and Patrice were extremely helpful and friendly Couldn t have done Paris without their help Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were great Great cozy bar with great bartender Vincent
Areas near the Champs Elysee are a bit scruffy but safe Area is expensive and people on the street are from one extreme to the other It was a bit dirty Not what we experienced forty years ago for sure
Great location about a 3 minute walk from a metro station in one direction and a 3 minute walk to the Champs lys es and the Arc de Triomphe Lovely lounge and dining areas with free tea coffee and cakes all afternoon and evening Very reasonably sized bedroom and bathroom with bath Complementary mini bar in the room and tea coffee making facilities Helpful friendly staff an absolute delight to stay there Can t recommend it highly enough
