The staff here are the absolute best In particular a lady who unfortunately I have forgotten her name i think it was Malina is an absolute star I have stayed at Britannia several times in the last few months and this lady has always been nothing short of amazing Value for money best location wouldnt really change a thing Abdul at reception is also extremely friendly and helpful Great place
