Really nice room great city location and surprisingly quiet for its central city location

very professional and personable very clean and comfy

The establishment and rooms are very well presented and they endeavour to make it a great experience Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was pleasant and recommended

We had trouble with the tv system which could not be resolved free breakfast was offered upon request to compensate

Really comfortable bed very clean safe extra secure door to rooms good complimentary coffee great location

But overall the hotel room was very good enjoyed my stay Deffo be returning

The bathroom floor got a bit full of water due to shower and made a big puddle all over

Great location Loved the bedding and size of the bathroom Breakfast was very good Will definitely stay again

It was really noisy the windows and doors to the rooms need sound proofing as it is basically on top of a construction site

Not changing the bed sheets each day Inadequate hanging space for clothes room lighting poor for a dark room and bed side cabinets had sharp handle edges that could inflict an injury Entrance to the hotel is tiny easy to miss and uninviting

Room 109 was a single with a double bed totally unsuitable for an elderly couple Charged as a double it was a contravention of the advertising standards legislation

Asked for a bottle of house rose not realising there was a cheaper one and a more expensive one Was given the more expensive one without the waiter querying which one we wanted
