The Edificio Puerto in Colnia Sant Jordi, in the south of Mallorca, offers modern apartments just 50 metres from the sea and 100 metres from Playa dEs Port Beach. All air-conditioned apartments have free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Des Port and Es Dol Beaches are within 100 metres from the hotel, and a variety of other beaches can be found within 15 minutes drive. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that bed linen and towels are changed once a week and cleaning is done upon departure.
