All of the air-conditioned Latin apartments have satellite TV, washing machine and a private terrace. They are located in the exclusive Parador area of Nerja, 100 metres from Burriana Beach.

The Apartamentos Latin complex has a small pool and with sun loungers and tables. There is also a library, and reception can offer advice on what to do in Nerja.

Each of the apartments has a lounge, kitchen with fridge and kettle, and 1 or 2 bedrooms. They also have modern bathrooms.

A range of supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be found within 5 minutes walk of the Latin Apartments. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartamentos Latin in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the car park is not available from 28 September to 18 October.
