These modern studios are located in the Barcelonas Gothic Quarter, a 5-minute walk from the Ramblas and 10 minutes from Barceloneta Beach.

The studios are set in a historic building dating from the 17th century which maintains its original structure. It is a listed building due to its cultural heritage, and all studios are accessed via narrow stairs.

All air-conditioned apartments have free WiFi and a small kitchenette, and are around 20m. They are well connected by public transport .

The main office is located at 21 Calle Regomir, in the same building as the apartments. Please inform BCN2STAY Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must contact the property directly after booking, giving their arrival time at the airport. Contact telephone numbers appear on the Booking Confirmation. The property will give you a number to call to from the airport to arrange key collection.

Check-in is possible from 15:30 to 18:00, but must be arranged beforehand with the property. Please note that the number of the official flight and airport arrival time need to be informed. In exceptional cases, such as delayed flights, check in is possible, maximum until 19:30. Please inform BCN2STAY Apartments in advance.

Guest scheduled to arrive in Barcelona before this time can arrange to leave luggage from 12.00 to 18:00, only on weekdays (not holidays), and by previous arrangement with the property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.

Please note that since the building is a historic, listed building, access to the studios is via a narrow staircase and there is no lift.
