The hotel reception and lobby area is beautiful
The room we were given did not look anything like the rooms on the website It was a tiny shoe box with modern decor however is was clean and newly furnished and had everything you d need
The bed and bedding are superior and make for a very comfortable sleep I also like that even if you have a single room it is very spacious with a lovely queen size bed
The breakfast is very expensive so we ate down the road at the ivy brasserie which is lovely and much cheaper
Walking distance to many good restaurants Hyde Park 3 minute walk to Underground Rooms were very very clean both times I stayed Felt pretty safe walking alone at night in this area felt that premises room were secure And it s pretty
Not all single rooms have a bathtub showers in some singles are very small by US standards normal for UK though
The location was great for trips to the museums
The rooms are veru small but to be expected for central London
the location was great near hyde park and at walkable distance from the center
the hotel looked much fancier on the photos than in reality the hallways were very narrow and claustrophobic the drain in the shower didnt work even after we warned the cleaning lady i got a discount meaning 280 pounds for two nights but this meant a room with a view of the opposite wall
Room accommodations modern and spacious Right off the Piccadilly line Guest services staff and security very friendly and helpful
Charge for local calls little farther from city center no addition restaurants around besides what s at hotel
Lovely location for visiting London
The room door locker was not working fine and They not fix it till our last day The WIFI signal poor in our room In the first days there are a smoke smell

The location was great overlooking the park and near the Schonbrunn Palace All areas of the hotel were spotless comfortable relaxed and the breakfast buffet superb Majority of staff were pleasant and very helpful only one member of bar staff was less so but I think that was due to his being under pressure as the only staff member working in a busy bar The hotel was good value for money Access to the City Centre was less than 10 minutes on the metro
Nothing really would definitely stay there again if I get the opportunity to visit Vienna another time
