Room was dark the furniture dated and worn My room faced out into the center of the hotel so view was non existent For a superior double room I was surprised at what I got Dred to see what a regular room looks like

The hotel kept 667 00 euros for one mouth locked and they refused to return me the money I will turn to a lawyer
The hotel was very comfortable The view was amazing especially at night the rooms were a nice size
Wasnt happy that i didnt get a walk out balcony like others and that the water was not warm only luke warm

Great location with helpful staff Beds very comfortable with a pillow menu to suit my needs with comfort controls for heating lighting and DND rooms nice and quiet
Tea and coffee facilities were a little stingy only one packet of biscuits between 2 replenished daily Croissants were hit and miss some days nice some days a little stale
Lovely hotel and great to get free ferry Friendly staff and lovely big room with great view Check in was quick and professional I would return Good value for money Really lovely outside terrace and great playground very close
Breakfast looked delicious and had loads of choice but cooked breakfast was all cold and served on cold plates Easily avoidable mistake which ruined it Tried to charge me over 11 to make two quick phone calls to my husband who was lost having been redirected to a different car park as hotel one full and had my phone with him by mistake That was very disappointing and ridiculously priced They took it off the bill but to try and charge that amount seemed very unfair

The room was cold and the heater never turned on
Amazing beds
The reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful however the bar kitchen staff let the score down They had messed up our food order and rather than apologising and making it right they spent a great deal of time blaming each other for the error The female chef in particular was extremely rude they all gave the impression that they couldn t be bothered with us Which is a big let down compared to how lovely the Reception staff were
Staff friendly and polite The view from the room once we moved was great
We booked an executive twin room which was on the 5th floor The view was of the building works next door there was no view of the river we were expecting and the Windows did not keep out the noise So we asked to upgrade to the next room available So we were moved to the 9th floor the view was amazing much better then before However at 8am we were woken up by builders working on the top of our hotel Our phone also rang at 8 20 and 8 30am with no one on the other end we did not ask for a wake up call
The interns at the front desk were super friendly
We asked several times for a room with a better view but the only view we got was the construction work going on on the building next door
