Selati is located 2 km from the Malelane Gate of the Kruger National Park, the Leopard Creek Golf Estate, and a number of restaurants. It features a subtropical garden with a pool and 2 outdoor barbeque areas.

All rooms are individually decorated featuring an African theme or bright designs. Each has a private entrance and its own braai barbeque. The rooms also include a microwave and a refrigerator, and all windows are protected with a mosquito screen.

A full English breakfast is served in the dining room on request. Guests can also order take-away breakfast and enjoy it in the comfort of their room.
