Eastpark Apartments

These modern apartments are located in Munichs Berg am Laim/Trudering district, and feature free Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony. Munich city centre is 10 minutes away by public transport.

The East Park Apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a living room with flat-screen TV. Large windows and wooden flooring create a bright atmosphere.

The kitchen comes complete with a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee maker. Several supermarkets, restaurants and cafs are within a 5-minute walk.

On-site facilities at the East Park Apartments include a washing machine, and a shuttle service to Munich Airport.

Apartments are located at different addresses and are all within a 5-minute walk of Baumkirchner Strae Train Station and several tram stops. The Neue Messe Exhibition Centre can be reached in 10 minutes. Private parking is available. Please inform East Park Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property 1 hour in advance of arrival using the number found on the Booking Confirmation.

A refundable deposit is payable on arrival, and will be refunded on departure (see Hotel Policies).

Apartments are cleaned once a week during stays of 7 nights or more.

Please note that there is no reception, but you can check in and collect your keys at the address stated in the booking confirmation. Late check-in is available on request.
