Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used for the reservation has to be owned solely by the guest who makes the reservation, who stays at the property and does the check-in. The credit card can not belong to a different party as a family member, an organisation, company, travel agent or other. The first name and last name has to appear clearly in the credit card. If the reservation is not received properly we will reject the reservation.
